ð§ Science of Habits
Proven strategies from behavioral psychology.
Start Ridiculously Small
Make the barrier to entry tiny: read 2 pages or do 5 pushups. Consistency creates the identity; volume follows naturally.
Habit Stacking
Pair a new habit with an existing one: "After I pour my morning coffee [Current], I will meditate for 3 minutes [New]."
The Two-Day Rule
Never miss two days in a row. If life happens and you miss today, use Streak Freeze or prioritize completing just 1 minute tomorrow.
